About the Ensemble

Formed in 1994, the ABQ has been a vibrant part of the Northwest Ohio music scene for over 30 years. Its members, all accomplished musicians from the greater Toledo area, share a passion for delivering joyful and powerful brass performances to audiences of all ages.

The Academy Brass Quintet has performed at prestigious venues such as:

- Maumee Bay State Park

- Toledo Museum of Art

- Metroparks Toledo

- And numerous concert halls throughout the region

They were also featured on WGTE FM 91.3’s Thursday Evening Concert Series, a testament to their excellence and artistic recognition.
