Tickets & Attendance

How can I purchase tickets?

Tickets can be purchased at the door before the performance, or in advance via Interac e-Transfer to trinitywlutheran@gmail.com. Please include your name, the number of tickets, and the concert date in the transfer message.

Do I need to print my ticket?

No, you can simply show your confirmation email or give your name at the entrance.

Are tickets refundable?

Tickets are non-refundable, but you may transfer them to another person if you cannot attend.

What time should I arrive?

Doors open 30 minutes before the performance. We recommend arriving early to find your seat.

Sponsors & Donors

How can I become a sponsor?

We welcome sponsorship from businesses, organizations, and individuals. Please contact us via our Contact page or email us directly to receive our sponsorship package.

What benefits do sponsors receive?

Sponsors are acknowledged in our printed programs, on our website, and at events. Additional benefits may include complimentary tickets and exclusive invitations.

Can I make a one-time donation?

Yes! We gratefully accept one-time donations by cheque, e-Transfer, or cash. E-Transfers can be sent to trinitywlutheran@gmail.com.

Will I receive a tax receipt for my donation?

Yes, all donors will receive an official charitable tax receipt.

General Information

Where are concerts held?

Unless otherwise noted, concerts take place at Trinity Lutheran Church, Windsor, Ontario.

Is there parking available?

Parking is very limited on-site, however there is free parking available nearby. If coming for a concert please allocate sufficient time to find a suitable parking place around

Are the venues accessible?

Yes, our concert venues are wheelchair accessible.

How can I join your mailing list?

We’d love to keep in touch! While our official mailing list is being set up, you can send us an email at trinitywlutheran@gmail.com with “Join Mailing List” in the subject line. We’ll make sure you’re the first to know when our concerts and special events are announced.

Getting Involved

Can I volunteer?

Absolutely! We are always looking for friendly faces to help with ushering, setup, and other event-day tasks. Please contact us for more details.

How can I submit a proposal to perform?

Musicians and ensembles can email us with a short bio, repertoire list, and performance video links. Our artistic team reviews all submissions.

Can I support the organization in other ways?

Absolutely. You can help by spreading the word about our concerts, inviting friends to attend, sharing our events on social media, or offering in-kind support such as printing, catering, or other professional services.

Do you offer internships or student opportunities?

From time to time, we welcome students who are interested in music, event management, or arts administration to help with various projects. If you’re a student or recent graduate looking for experience, please get in touch with us.

Music Education

Do you offer private music lessons?

While our main focus is presenting concerts, some of our musicians do offer private lessons in their instruments. If you are interested, please contact us and we can connect you with the appropriate teacher.
